It starts with our bottlesOur process starts with injection blow molding to make the bottle. Out bottles are made from non-leaching, virgin Polycarbonate that is FDA compliant. . Due to the thicker internal walls found on the PC bottles and robust cap design this packaging solution differs from other PET and PETG packaging solutions as it will not rupture inside an autoclave.
Sterile Filling ProcessAfter crafting each bottle, we meticulously fill them with premium broth, buffers, or solutions in our state-of-the-art Class 10K clean room. Every drop is filtered and steam sterilized to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. With over 20 years of expertise, we have perfected the art of filling bottles with a variety of media and buffers, making us the trusted leaders in the industry.
