Over a decade ago, TriForest introduced the polycarbonate square/octagonal bottle to the US market, offering a safer alternative to glass which is ideal for steam sterilization of biologicals, liquids, reagents, media, buffers, and aqueous solutions. Our crystal clear, shatterproof, and non-leaching LEXAN® Polycarbonate Labware replaced traditional glass bottles and Erlenmeyer flasks, revolutionizing the manufacturing of sterile aqueous reagents and suspension cultures. 

As both a manufacturer and consumer of our products, we offer a unique perspective on their practicality. Through our sister company Growcells, Inc., we have gained in-depth knowledge of manufacturing aqueous reagents, culture media, and biologicals. This expertise has enabled us to develop products optimized for individual use and large-scale production. Our products are manufactured in an ISO-certified, Class 10K cleanroom environment, ensuring they are particulate-free, optically clear, and superior in construction. Our bottles are designed to exceed the requirements of ideal lab and production containers.

TriForest Labware uses various resins for different laboratory applications. Polycarbonate is highly resistant to high temperatures and pressure, making it perfect for repeat autoclave sterilization. The thicker internal walls and robust cap design of our PC bottles prevent rupture inside an autoclave, distinguishing them from PET and PETG packaging solutions.
